# Integrate Pipedrive with Central CRM

Integrating **Central CRM** with **Pipedrive** allows you to keep your contacts and companies perfectly in sync—automatically.\
No more switching between tools, exporting files, or manually copying data. Once connected, any new or updated records in Central or Pipedrive will sync seamlessly between both platforms.

This integration ensures:

Follow the steps below to connect Central CRM with Pipedrive in just a few minutes.

## Step-by-Step Integration Guide

### Step 1

Go to **Central Sales** from the product switcher in the top-left corner.

### Step 2

Click **Integrations** from the main menu.

### Step 3

Select **Pipedrive** from the list of available integrations.

### Step 4

Click **Connect App**.

### Step 5

This should open up a popup windown, use it to log in to your **Pipedrive** account.

### Step 6

Review the requested permissions and click **Continue to the App**.

### Step 7

Click **Complete Setup and Continue**.

### Step 8: Map Your Fields

Now map your company and contact fields.\
This step decides which column in Central maps to which field in Pipedrive.

  **Pro Tip**: You can use **AI mapping** to automatically match common fields for you.

  * The **Contacts** table in Central maps to **Contacts** in Pipedrive
  * The **Companies** table in Central maps to **Organizations** in Pipedrive

### Step 9

Once all fields are mapped, click **Save and Continue Sync**.

Within a few minutes, all your contacts and companies will sync between Central and Pipedrive.

## What Happens Next?

From now on, whenever a contact or company is **added or updated** in either Central or Pipedrive, the data will automatically sync between both platforms—keeping everything up to date with no extra effort.
