Step-by-Step Setup

Step 1

Go to Central EA from the product switcher in the top-left corner.

Step 2

Click Settings from the main menu.

Step 3

Open the Automations section and click Enable on:
“Allow AI to automatically create tasks from emails”
Once enabled, Central’s AI will:
  • Scan email and meeting content
  • Identify sentences that contain action items (e.g. “Can you have the proposal ready by Friday?”)
  • Create a task with:
    • A clear title
    • A due date (if mentioned)
    • A link back to the original email

From now on, whenever someone mentions an action item or deadline in an email or meeting thread, Central AI will automatically create a task—so you never miss what needs to be done.
