Sign Up, Customize, Get a Number, Start a Trial

The first step involves signing up & customizing your AI Voice Receptionist. Sign up for the AI Voice Reception here During the onboarding, you’ll get to choose your Receptionist’s name, voice, and greeting. You’ll also be able to train it up with knowledge: either type some in (we’ve left a handy voice input there to save you time!) or simply drop your website link, and Central will to a deep scan of your website and extract all the knowledge. Next, you’ll reserve your phone number (we have local + toll free numbers in several countries worldwide), and then choose a plan to get started with. All AI Receptionist plans come with a 10 day free trial.

Add More Knowledge

Once you’re done with onboarding, you’ll have the opportunity to help your AI Receptionist answer common questions. Navigate to Knowledge in the left-hand side of the interface. There, you’ll be able to add more websites, files, chunks of text, or Frequently Asked Questions. Your AI Receptionist will be able to use any of this knowledge to answer questions on phone calls.

Give it a Try

Once you’re in the dashboard, you’ll be able to see your AI receptionist’s phone number towards the top right of the screen. You can pick up your phone and give it a call to see how it performs. If you think it could use some tweaking, you can tweak it by update your knowledge, or modifying advanced settings, like the prompt.
