Follow the steps below to generate your first AI-powered sequence.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Go to Central Sales from the product switcher in the top-left corner.

Step 2

From the main menu, click OutreachSequences.

Step 3

Click Generate with AI on the main screen or in the top-right corner.

Step 4: Enter Your Business Information

Fill in:
  • Your company name
  • The language you want the sequence in
  • Your website (if available)
After entering your website, click Save & Enrich to verify and pull information from it. If you don’t have a website, you can manually enter details about your business and the products/services you offer. Pro Tip:
The more details you provide, the better your final generated sequence will be.
Once done, click Continue.

Step 5: Add Leads from Your CRM

You can now choose who to enroll in this sequence:
  • If you don’t have leads, add them directly from the same popup.
  • If you already have leads, select them or use filters from the left panel to narrow them down.
Pro Tip:
You can apply multiple filters using AND / OR conditions to find the perfect audience.

What is Auto-Enrollment?

Auto-enrollment allows Central to automatically add any future contacts that match your selected filters. For example:
If you only want contacts with an email address, create a filter like:
Email → Is set
Once your leads are selected, click Continue.

Step 6: Select a Pain Point

Central’s in-house AI Agent will now:
  • Analyse your leads’ personas
  • Review your business information
It will then suggest the most relevant pain points your leads are likely facing.
You can edit or refine these.
Select the pain point you want to focus on and click Continue.

Step 7: Choose a Value Proposition

Central AI will now generate Value Propositions—how your business can help solve the selected pain point. Pick the most relevant one or edit/add your own, then click Continue.

Step 8: Select Your Outreach Method

Choose how you want to reach your leads:
  • Automated Emails
  • Outbound Phone Calls
  • SMS
  • LinkedIn Steps
Pro Tip:
You can select multiple outreach methods.
Note:
If these channels are not yet integrated, you’ll need to connect them before launching the sequence.

Step 9: Generate Your Sequence

Click Generate Sequence. Within seconds, Central AI will create a fully customised outreach campaign personalised to your business and leads. You can:
  • Review the content
  • Edit any step
  • Add it to an existing sequence
Pro Tip:
You can edit the sequence later at any time.
